National Out of Hours Co-ordinator – Haydock

We are currently recruiting a National Out of Hours Co-ordinator to join our team in Haydock.

Working Pattern

  • Rolling 4-week rota
  • Out-of-hours: 4:30pm – 8:00am (Monday to Friday)
  • 24/7 weekend support
  • Shift work is required, including nights and weekends
  • Home-based working once fully trained
  • 23% shift allowance on top of base salary

About The Role

At Speedy, Our Customers Are At The Heart Of Everything We Do. As a National Out Of Hours Co-ordinator, You Will

  • Liaise with customers via telephone and email
  • Take full ownership of customer requests from start to finish
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Speedy network
  • Ensure all requests are delivered to the highest standard
