National Out of Hours Co-ordinator – Haydock

We are currently recruiting a National Out of Hours Co-ordinator to join our team in Haydock.
Working Pattern
- Rolling 4-week rota
- Out-of-hours: 4:30pm – 8:00am (Monday to Friday)
- 24/7 weekend support
- Shift work is required, including nights and weekends
- Home-based working once fully trained
- 23% shift allowance on top of base salary
About The Role

- Liaise with customers via telephone and email
- Take full ownership of customer requests from start to finish
- Work collaboratively with the wider Speedy network
- Ensure all requests are delivered to the highest standard
