Could you help shape recovery services that make a lasting difference for serving personnel and veterans?

RBL’s Recovery Services support members of the Armed Forces community as they recover from physical and psychological injury. Through sport, art, wellbeing activities and tailored recovery pathways, we help people build confidence, develop skills and move forward.

We are looking for a National Recovery Frameworks and Quality Manager to bring consistency, clarity and evidence-led thinking to our Recovery Services programmes.

Working closely with the Recovery Services Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure our programmes are well designed, delivered consistently and able to demonstrate the difference they make. You will develop practical frameworks, quality approaches and evaluation methods that teams can apply in their day-to-day work. This includes creating a recovery framework, quality assurance model, competency framework, evaluation approach and clear governance processes that support effective delivery across Recovery Services.

Drawing on evidence, insight and best practice, you will create practical tools that enable colleagues to deliver high-quality, consistent services. You will use data and feedback to identify what is working well, where improvements can be made and how our support continues to meet the evolving needs of the Armed Forces community.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
