In a few short years we've grown to over 40 hotels, partnering with some of the world's most recognised brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Radisson. Through our partnership with Pyramid Global Hospitality, we're not only connected across the UK, but connected across the globe.
That growth means something real for you. The people who join us now grow with us - and we have a strong track record of promoting from within. If you're looking for a job, we can offer you that. If you're looking for a career, we can offer you that too.
YOUR PLACE AT AXIOM
As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused National Sales Account Director to join our central Commercial team.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a remote, national role with travel across the UK. You will take ownership of key national accounts, with a particular focus on Travel Management Companies (TMCs), driving transient and group revenue across the Axiom portfolio.
You will be someone who knows the hospitality sales landscape, builds trusted relationships quickly and can turn insight, opportunity and connections into meaningful commercial results.
HOW YOU'LL PLAY YOUR PART
- Develop and grow strategic national accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and TMC partners
- Drive transient and group revenue across the Axiom portfolio through proactive account management and new business development
- Create and deliver strategic account plans, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, retention and market share
- Lead negotiations across RFPs, preferred agreements, contracted business and partnership opportunities
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities across our growing portfolio of hotels and brands
- Act as the link between key clients and our on-property sales teams, sharing opportunities, insight and market intelligence
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, brand sales teams and hotel leadership to deliver joined-up commercial activity
- Maintain a strong pipeline, accurate forecasting and clear reporting against revenue and activity targets
- Represent Axiom at client meetings, trade shows, networking events, sales missions and industry events
- Keep close to market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, bringing new ideas to how we win and retain business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
