Our client is a market-leading engineering business, trusted by many of the UK's best-known retail and commercial organisations to deliver specialist safety-critical technologies that protect people, property and business operations.

With continued investment, a growing customer portfolio and ambitious plans for the future, they're looking to appoint a commercially astute National Sales Account Manager to take ownership of key strategic accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth across the UK.

The role:

This is a highly visible national role where you'll become the trusted commercial partner to major customers, building long-term relationships and helping them implement innovative technical solutions across multi-site estates.

You'll inherit established, high-value accounts, but this isn't simply an account management position. You'll also be expected to identify new opportunities, develop strategic growth plans, increase market share and maximise commercial potential across existing and prospective customers.

Working alongside experienced technical and engineering specialists, you'll enjoy the autonomy to influence customer strategy, negotiate commercial agreements and play a key role in the company's continued expansion.

About you:

We're looking for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys developing long-term customer relationships whilst actively pursuing new opportunities.

You'll have:

  • A proven track record managing and growing national or key accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach
  • Experience identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • The confidence to engage with stakeholders at every level
  • The drive to make a measurable commercial impact
