National Sales Manager Opportunity!!

We’re working with a leading provider of hydraulic engineering, supporting customers across the UK with critical products, repairs and technical expertise.

As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead a team of field-based Area Sales Managers and drive the next phase of sales growth.

This is a hands-on national leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching teams, developing customers, winning new business and creating a high-performance sales culture.

The Opportunity

As National Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the performance and development of the national field sales team, with responsibility for driving revenue growth, customer retention, new business and overall sales performance.

You’ll spend significant time in the field coaching and developing your team, supporting key customer opportunities and strengthening relationships, while also taking responsibility for the wider sales pipeline, forecasting, KPIs and commercial strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
