Role Description
The National Sales Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and growing ITC’s sales performance across the UK compliance and regulatory network. This role oversees national sales strategies and drives new business development in conjunction with the Sales & Development Director. Daily activities include achieving sales targets, monitoring performance against objectives, and preparing reports and forecasts for senior leadership. The National Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities, support with onboarding clients, and ensure consistent messaging across the network.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and new business acquisition, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulatory/compliance sectors is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to senior decision-makers.
- Comfort working remotely with proficiency in digital collaboration tools and CRM systems.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in business, sales, or a related field.
