National Sales Manager
The Role
A specialist engineering and bespoke metals manufacturing business is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead its sales team based in the West Midlands. You'll take responsibility for sales performance, pricing strategy and profitable growth, developing key accounts while identifying new markets and opportunities with OEM customers. You'll lead the sales team, strengthen customer relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial objectives.

Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth within a manufacturing environment
- Ideally experience selling bespoke products to OEMs
- Sales team leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen with a keen focus on protecting margin
- Driving licence and able to travel to customers across the UK
The Package
- £65,000 - £80,000 salary DoE
- £8,000-£12,000 bonus
- Executive company car
