National Sales Manager Field Based, UK Wide

Do you live for the number? A market-leading, nationwide field service provider wants a National Sales Manager to lead the team, own performance and drive growth. No status quo. No coasting. Just results.

The Role

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Managers to hit and exceed targets
  • Set the targets, KPIs and accountability that drive results
  • Lead from the front: joint visits, big deals, tough negotiations
  • Turn declining accounts into growth
  • Build a pipeline that converts and a forecast people trust
  • Open up new sectors, products and revenue
  • Build relationships that unlock opportunity across the network
  • Report straight to the National Account Director
