National Sales Manager - Healthcare
Remote based with travel required
Competitive Salary + car + bonus
Dahlia Recruitment - Life Sciences are delighted to be partnered with Nanosonics, a growing Medical Device company to hire an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to support the General Manager and KAMs in the Sales and growth Strategy. Whilst this role hasn't got any direct reports, it does play an integral part of the overall sales target. The role will require experience within the Medical Device industry with either Decontamination, Endoscopy or Capital Equipment and would suit a successful Account Manager that is looking for that next step or a candidate wanting a more strategic position rather than managerial. The company has a fantastic sales culture and have just released a new product so it's a great time to join! This role is remote and will require UK travel.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES & AUTHORITY:
The National Sales Manager will drive the commercial success, market adoption and strategic growth of CORIS across the UK. Acting as the national therapy area lead, this role will partner closely with the General Manager to shape and execute the national plan, accelerate conversion from manual cleaning processes to automated endoscopy decontamination solutions, and deliver ambitious national sales and adoption objectives.
While the role has no direct reports, it carries significant leadership responsibility through influence, coaching and field support of the UK Key Account Management team, ensuring strategic opportunities are identified, progressed and converted into sustainable business growth.
The role will lead complex, high-value opportunities across NHS, private hospital groups and national healthcare organisations, engaging senior clinical, procurement, infection prevention and decontamination stakeholders to position company products as a leading standard of care.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
