National Sales Manager – Healthcare Partnerships
If you’re a natural relationship‑builder who thrives in a senior commercial role, this is a chance to shape and grow a high‑impact healthcare channel for a market‑leading services business. This role blends strategic leadership, hands‑on coaching, and meaningful customer impact — perfect for someone who enjoys owning a channel end‑to‑end and building something that genuinely moves the needle.
The Opportunity
As National Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the healthcare vertical — from strategy and planning through to execution, team leadership, and commercial delivery. You’ll guide a talented team, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong, sustainable growth.
You’ll be out in the field at least half of the time, supporting your team in meetings, leading conversations with major healthcare clients, and setting the tone for how your channel shows up internally and externally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
