Role Description
The National Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kingston Upon Hull. This position is responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across JS Power’s product and service portfolio.

Day-to-day Tasks
- Managing key customer accounts.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Preparing proposals.
- Negotiating contracts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with technical and project teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and Budgeting skills to set realistic targets, forecast revenue, and manage resources effectively.
- Proven Sales and Account Management skills to acquire new customers, grow existing accounts, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Effective Team Management capabilities to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and secure agreements.
- Experience in power generation, engineering, or industrial B2B sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze market trends, use CRM tools, and report on sales performance is preferred.
- Availability to travel within the UK as required to meet clients and attend site visits.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is desirable.
