National Sales Manager – Oncology at IQVIA

Are you an experienced sales leader looking for a new challenge? IQVIA is recruiting a National Sales Manager focused on an innovative therapy in the field of Haem oncology. About the Role:
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating a team of Specialist KAMs dedicated to promoting reengineered therapy in oncology. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure the successful market adoption of the therapy. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving sales and improving patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a national sales team, providing direction and support to achieve commercial targets.
- Develop and optimize sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Oversee key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to align on strategy and execution.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology.
- Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
