Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Company

Our client is one of the most recognised and trusted brands in the UK construction industry, manufacturing building materials used to form the internal fabric of new homes, from walls and ceilings through to the systems that sit behind them. Their products are specified on a huge proportion of new build developments across the country, and the business holds long standing partnerships with the majority of the national housebuilders.

This is a financially strong, market leading manufacturer that continues to invest in its people, its product range and its manufacturing capability. They are known for a supportive, high performing culture where good people are backed with the resources they need and given a genuine route to further progression. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with real influence over one of the most important channels in the business.
