National Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for a National Sales Manager to join and lead our existing internal and external sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast growing and ambitious sheet plant, operating out of our 50,000 sq. ft site in West Yorkshire. ASC Cartons has a unique offering for both local and national supply and have been supplying high-quality corrugated boxes for over 40 years from our well-equipped factory in Shipley.

You will be responsible for delivering the overall sales budget annually, recruiting and developing your sales team, and taking responsibility for your own sales territory (ideally North West UK or North Yorks and the North East).

This role is a new one and entails being responsible for developing new business both within your own regional territory, as well as looking after some long-standing existing customers. You will need to have the skills to engage with companies from many industries, introducing ASC Cartons (and its sister company, ASC Direct) to help those companies benefit from the products and services on offer. You’ll also offer support to your sales team and work collaboratively on larger projects and tenders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
