Role Description
The National Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in London. This role is responsible for leading national sales and marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Developing and executing sales plans
- Managing key accounts
- Coordinating promotions and campaigns
- Analyzing performance data to optimize growth
- Collaborating closely with product, retail, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective go-to-market strategies
- Mentoring team members
- Maintaining strong relationships with partners
- Representing Candles & Oud at events and trade shows
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in national sales management, including setting targets, leading teams, and managing key accounts across multiple channels
- Strong marketing skills in brand positioning, campaign planning, and customer acquisition, preferably within beauty, fragrance, luxury, or consumer goods
- Ability to analyze sales and marketing data, forecast trends, and make data-informed decisions to drive commercial performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
- Proven experience developing and executing trade marketing and in-store activation strategies to support retail partners
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of results
- Understanding of the UK retail landscape and national distribution networks; experience with international markets is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Genuine interest in fragrance and customer experience, aligned with Candles & Oud’s values of Compassion, Ambition, and Ownership
