As National Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of service operations across the UK, ensuring equipment is available, workshops run efficiently, and teams are performing at their best.

You’ll be the driving force behind:

  • Developing service leaders and coaching managers across multiple sites
  • Boosting equipment availability and improving repair turnaround
  • Championing a Right First Time culture across all workshops
  • Standardising processes and embedding best practice nationally
  • Analysing KPIs to spot trends, challenges and opportunities
  • Driving cost efficiency and supporting P&L reviews
  • Ensuring top‑tier H&S compliance across every depot
  • Supporting new depot setups and ensuring workshop excellence from day one

  • Multi‑site leadership experience in service, workshop or engineering operations
  • A track record of driving performance and productivity
  • Strong understanding of plant, fleet or equipment maintenance
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets
  • The ability to influence, motivate and build consistency across multiple locations
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
