Ecowize is looking for a commercially minded and operationally strong National Logistics and Warehousing Manager to lead our national warehousing, inventory, logistics and order fulfilment function across in-house and outsourced sites.
This senior management role is responsible for working with the warehouse managers to ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed and delivered accurately, safely, on time and within budget. The successful candidate will drive national standards, improve operational performance, manage key service providers and support excellent customer fulfilment.

- National Warehouse Management by standardising and controlling warehouse operations across all in-house and outsourced sites.
- Inventory Management by safeguarding stock accuracy, availability, and value nationally and identifying slow moving stock and product expiry risks.
- Logistics and Distribution by managing national transport, distribution and third-party logistics performance and cost.
- Customer Service and Order Fulfilment by ensuring accurate, complete and on-time delivery to customers.
- People Management by leading, developing and holding accountable the warehouse, logistics and customer care teams.
- Cost and Performance Management by managing budgets, costs and operational performance within approved targets.
- Compliance, Safety and Risk by ensuring legal, policy, safety and security compliance across all sites.
- Continuous Improvement by standardising best practice and delivering measurable operational and financial benefit.
