Marketing Executive
Location: One Trinity Gardens, Newcastle upon Tyne
Working Pattern: Hybrid working with 3 to 4 days per week in the office
About the Role
As Marketing Coordinator / executive, you'll help deliver customer marketing campaigns that connect construction product manufacturers and suppliers with architects, specifiers and construction professionals.
Working closely with customers, Account Managers and the wider Marketing team, you'll coordinate campaigns from initial briefing through to publication, reporting and completion. You'll keep projects on track, manage deadlines, support campaign delivery and help ensure customers receive a professional experience throughout.
This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in a marketing or campaign coordination role and is looking to build broader experience across customer marketing, campaign delivery and marketing technologies.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate customer marketing campaigns from content collection through to delivery and reporting.
- Work directly with customers and Account Managers to manage campaign requirements, approvals and deadlines.
- Review and prepare content for publication across multiple marketing channels.
- Build, schedule and publish activity across platforms including HubSpot, Sitecore, newsletters, social media and advertising channels.
- Maintain campaign schedules and project information within Monday.com.
- Support webinar planning and delivery alongside the Events team.
- Assist with media packs, marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce campaign reports.
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Ensure campaign activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with agreed objectives.
- Build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience in a marketing, campaign coordination or customer marketing role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects or deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Confidence working with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using digital marketing platforms, content management systems or campaign tools.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media and web content.

Desirable
- Experience using HubSpot.
- Experience using Monday.com.
- Experience using Sitecore or similar content management systems.
- Experience working in a B2B marketing, media, events or agency environment.
