Job Title: Capacity Officer

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities

The Demand Support role provides essential coordination, triage, and administrative support to manage and prioritise incoming demand across the NDAO. This position ensures that requests from police forces, partners, suppliers, and internal teams are captured, assessed, routed, and tracked effectively, enabling smooth delivery of NDAO services and programmes.

  • Maintain accurate records of demand volumes, statuses, SLAs, and outcomes.
  • Support prioritisation activities by preparing dashboards, reports, and summaries for leadership and governance groups.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely responses to stakeholders.

  • Support continuous improvement of demand management processes, tooling, and service pathways.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of guidance materials, FAQs, and communications that help forces understand how to access NDAO services.
  • Build effective working relationships across internal teams, policing partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks, issues, or bottlenecks affecting service delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Demand & Engagement function where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
