NDT Technician (Level 2 Radiographer) – Chalgrove

The Opportunity
As an NDT Technician (Level 2 Radiographer), you will base your work at our specialist site in Chalgrove, acting as a critical line of defence to ensure aerospace component integrity. You will step into an elite quality environment where "precision saves lives" is an everyday reality, and where "near enough" is never good enough for aircrew around the globe.

What You’ll Do
- Expert Inspection: Capture and interpret high-resolution digital X-Ray images to identify structural irregularities in mission-critical components.
- Specialist Testing: Utilise helium leak testing and mass spectrometry to ensure absolute hardware integrity.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of test data, ensuring 100% component traceability via SAP.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with QA, Engineering, and Production teams to uphold our world-class quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to 5S workspace initiatives and actively help refine our cutting-edge inspection processes.
What We’re Looking For
- NDT Certification: Current NDT Level 2 Radiographer certification under NAS410 or EN4179 standards (essential).
- Sector Experience: A proven track record in industrial X-Ray and NDT within the Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive sectors (essential. Note: Medical radiography backgrounds are not suitable).
- Technical Literacy: Practical ability to read complex engineering drawings alongside proficiency with digital X-Ray systems and SAP (essential).
- The Mindset: A dedicated self-starter with an uncompromising eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously.
