Cammach are recruiting for a Near Term Integrated Activity Planner on behalf of our client, a leading independent UK oil and gas producer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team based in Aberdeen on a 12-month contract, with hybrid working available.
ROLE
As a Near Term Integrated Activity Planner, you will play a pivotal role in bringing multiple workstreams together into a single, coordinated execution plan that supports our offshore assets across the UK Continental Shelf.
Working closely with Operations, Wells, Maintenance, Projects and other key disciplines, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated 12-week and 4-week activity plans. Your work will provide clear visibility of priorities, resource requirements, readiness status and potential risks, helping teams make informed operational decisions.
This is a highly collaborative role where Communication is central to success. You will facilitate planning discussions, challenge constructively where required, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on delivery priorities, constraints and execution plans.

You will act as a trusted planning authority, promoting strong governance and ensuring activities progress through agreed planning gates. Through a culture of Empowerment & Accountability, you will help drive compliance, readiness and operational discipline across the planning process.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated 12-week and 4-week activity schedules aligned to asset priorities.
- Coordinate planning inputs across operational and functional teams to create a single, resource-balanced execution plan.
- Monitor activity readiness, planning gate compliance and schedule performance.
- Identify and communicate schedule risks, constraints and conflicting priorities, supporting effective decision making.
- Facilitate integrated planning and schedule review meetings with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Support continuous improvement through planning governance, KPI monitoring and optimisation of planning processes.

Requirements
We're looking for a collaborative planning professional who can influence stakeholders, balance competing priorities and ensure activities are execution-ready.
- Significant experience in oil and gas operations planning, scheduling or work management.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Maximo and SAP.
- Experience developing integrated activity schedules within complex operational environments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional planning discussions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk, dependencies and resource constraints.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
