Your role
- Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
- Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
- Manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
- Maintain communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
- Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers, etc.
- Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
- Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others, and ensure objectives are met.
- Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
- Constantly pursue performance improvement.

About you
- Highly motivated to deliver market leading project and programme management services for our clients, and support colleagues to achieve the same.
- Experienced in effectively managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Full project lifecycle knowledge and experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and time / priority management skills.
- Highly capable in stakeholder management.
- A proven problem solver and positive working relationship builder.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in contract administration, namely the NEC suite of contracts.
- Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with the APM, RICS or similar.
- Experience in regulated environments preferable.

Security clearance
This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
