NEC Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of delivering key modules across a complex NEC system environment.
In this role, you will lead implementation activity across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned and driving technical integration from initial scope through to successful go-live. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale systems programme that supports critical business and operational services.
Key Responsibilities
Module & Implementation Delivery
- Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery across multiple active NEC system modules, from initiation through to go-live.
- Manage cross-module dependencies, technical integration points, and critical paths to ensure coordinated deployment.
- Work closely with technical leads and system architects to align module configurations with business requirements.
- Drive delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.

Project Governance & Planning
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables across all active workstreams.
- Implement and manage change control processes, assessing the impact of scope changes on project delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive RAIDD logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions) to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with governance frameworks, agreed timelines, and budget expectations.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and internal technical teams.
- Provide clear project reporting, performance updates, and progress dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional working groups, promoting collaboration, accountability, and timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality & Resource Management
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness activities, and formal sign-off processes prior to release.
- Monitor project resources, budgets, and supplier performance against agreed deliverables and service levels.
- Ensure smooth transition into business-as-usual operations following implementation.
Essential Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience delivering and managing NEC systems implementations.
- Demonstrable experience overseeing multiple concurrent NEC modules within complex programme environments.
- Strong project management expertise, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing technical and business teams across large-scale systems delivery projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
