About the team

Nectar360’s Data & Insight team sits at the heart of how Sainsbury’s and Argos partner with leading FMCG brands, using the UK’s largest loyalty dataset to unlock powerful customer insights. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative and commercially focused environment, the team delivers multi-channel marketing and insight solutions that help brands better understand shopper behaviour and drive growth. You’ll be joining a high-performing and energetic team that partners with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, where innovation, curiosity and continuous learning are at the core of how they operate.

More about the role

As an Insight Consultant, you will take ownership of delivering insight consultancy projects end-to-end for a portfolio of strategic and development clients. You will use customer data and analytics to understand category performance and shopper behaviour, translating complex outputs into clear, compelling narratives that drive commercial decisions. Alongside project delivery, you will play a key role in identifying and shaping new consultancy opportunities, building a strong pipeline and contributing to the team’s overall revenue targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
