We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Neighbourhood Cleaner to help maintain our neighbourhoods and communal spaces to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is passionate about delivering excellent service to customers.

Location:

The role covers Bury St Edmunds, Attleborough, Thetford, Sudbury, Cambridge, Mildenhall, Brandon, and surrounding areas.

Hours:

Full Time - 37 hpw - Monday to Thursday 06:30-14:30, Friday 06:30-14:00

Contract:

Permanent + Company Van


What You'll Be Doing

As a Neighbourhood Cleaner, you'll carry out a range of cleaning and maintenance activities, including:

  • Hoovering and mopping communal areas
  • High and low-level dusting
  • Litter picking and site tidying
  • Ensuring cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Taking responsibility for cleaning equipment and its safe use
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
  • Working collaboratively within a customer-focused team
  • Helping us deliver value for money by working efficiently and effectively

What You'll Bring

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has experience within the cleaning industry
  • Can operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
  • Has good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Takes a proactive approach to their work
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Is committed to delivering excellent standards of service
