We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Neighbourhood Cleaner to help maintain our neighbourhoods and communal spaces to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is passionate about delivering excellent service to customers.
Location:
The role covers Bury St Edmunds, Attleborough, Thetford, Sudbury, Cambridge, Mildenhall, Brandon, and surrounding areas.

Hours:
Full Time - 37 hpw - Monday to Thursday 06:30-14:30, Friday 06:30-14:00
Contract:
Permanent + Company Van
What You'll Be Doing
As a Neighbourhood Cleaner, you'll carry out a range of cleaning and maintenance activities, including:
- Hoovering and mopping communal areas
- High and low-level dusting
- Litter picking and site tidying
- Ensuring cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Taking responsibility for cleaning equipment and its safe use
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively within a customer-focused team
- Helping us deliver value for money by working efficiently and effectively
What You'll Bring
We're seeking someone who:
- Has experience within the cleaning industry
- Can operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Has good communication and problem-solving skills
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Takes a proactive approach to their work
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is committed to delivering excellent standards of service

What We Offer
- Competitive salary - £27,667.79 per annum
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years service)
