The role

As a Neighbourhood Officer, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering a high-quality, professional and customer-focused tenancy and housing management service to Regenda Homes customers. You will play a key role in bringing our Neighbourhood Strategy to life by helping to create strong, supportive and inclusive communities where people feel safe, connected and able to thrive.

You will take ownership of a defined geographical neighbourhood patch, adopting a place-based approach to its management. As a visible and trusted representative of Regenda within our communities, you will build strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders, proactively managing neighbourhoods, sustaining tenancies and resolving issues effectively.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure neighbourhood standards are maintained, key performance indicators are achieved and customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything you do.

The right fit

  • Housing qualification (Level 3 or above), or willingness to achieve this within two years.
  • Experience in social housing, housing management, or a customer-facing role delivering excellent service.
  • Strong understanding of social housing legislation, regulatory standards, complaints handling, and current neighbourhood management issues.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with customers, including those with vulnerabilities or complex needs, as well as external partners and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing your own workload, priorities and lone-working responsibilities.
  • Resilient, flexible and customer-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience using data to monitor performance, achieve KPIs and drive service improvements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping and written communication skills.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and business insurance for mileage purposes.
  • Willingness to work flexibly outside normal office hours when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
