About the role

You will play a key role in supporting customers and communities by managing tenancies, lettings, improving estates and community safety across an area patch. This is a people first role, not a desk based one. You’ll be visible in your communities, building relationships and trust, working with customers, colleagues and partners. You will aim to sustain tenancies, ensure homes are safe and ready to let, and intervene early to support customers at risk—helping people sustain their homes and thrive. With regular estate visits, you’ll tackle safety issues, safeguarding concerns, and anti-social behaviour.

If you’re ready to champion our compassionate, trauma-informed approach and make a real impact in our communities, this could be the opportunity for you!

We want our customers to know who we are, trust us, and feel supported throughout their tenancy. You'll build strong relationships with customers, helping to identify challenges early and provide the right support at the right time.

At Codi, we're committed to helping people sustain their tenancies and thrive in their homes, with a strong focus on preventing evictions wherever possible. You'll play a key role in delivering this commitment by taking a proactive, customer-focused approach that helps customers remain safe, secure and successful in their homes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
