The Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Neighbourhood Manager to provide a high-quality housing management service across the Southwest region including Gloucester, Swindon and Bristol.
Working closely with residents and partner agencies, you will be responsible for managing tenancies, resolving neighbourhood issues and supporting customers to successfully sustain their homes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering an effective tenancy and neighbourhood management service.
- Supporting customers to sustain their tenancies.
- Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
- Undertaking estate inspections and neighbourhood visits.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Building positive relationships with residents and external partners.
- Promoting community engagement and neighbourhood pride.
- Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
What you’ll bring
- Experience within housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience of managing a varied caseload independently.
- A flexible and proactive approach to service delivery.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role offering a balance of home-based working and regular travel within your designated region.
As a Neighbourhood Manager, you will primarily work from home while managing a portfolio of schemes and tenancies across your patch. The role requires regular travel to schemes and communities to undertake tenancy management activities, resident engagement, estate inspections, partnership meetings, property visits, and investigations.

As travel is an essential requirement of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working while maintaining a strong focus on resident engagement and visibility within our communities.

This role does not include line management responsibilities.
Areas of responsibility may change from time to time to support evolving business and customer needs.

We are a specialist provider of housing and support services across England, owning and managing around 4,500 homes in partnership with 79 local authorities. We provide general needs housing, supported accommodation, and homes for older people.
