The Solution Consulting Team Lead
The Solution Consulting Team Lead coaches and manages a cohort of Solutions Consultants.
The Team Lead works directly with a regional or segment sales leader to ensure that the optimum SC resources are allocated to opportunities. As Team Leader, you will play an active role on business opportunities (e.g. as a Solution Consultant, Subject Matter Expert, or Value Engineer).
The role reports to the EMEA Solutions Consulting Leader.
What You'll Do:
- Proven solutions consulting skillset, applied in Enterprise Software selling motions
- Leads discovery sessions independently and focuses on value and not just functional needs. Can implicate the pains and connect to critical business initiatives and quantify the value of providing a solution
- Ability to deliver great demos and position the value of the platform
- Develops talk tracks and journeys adapted to the prospect
- Technical skills to adapt and build planning models for a Proof of Value or a live workshop
- Can coach team members to improve their competence in the core solutions consulting skillset
- Can manage a team of up to 5 people in day-to-day task management/assignment, problem solving, and prioritization, as well as ongoing people management
- Ability to run a hiring process to bring the best talent to Pigment. Work with Global SC leaders to define the hiring strategy
- Develop and present execution strategy at Quarterly Business Reviews
- Work with the regional sales leader to develop account strategies and conduct account reviews
- Proven C-Level Exec communication skills, especially to CFOs and CIOs

Who You Are:
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills:
- Previous experience of leading a Pre-sales / Solution consulting team
- A proven leader who can demonstrate an ability to manage and coach a team of high performers to new heights
- As well as being a leader to the team, you need to be a force multiplier by bringing at least one of the following skills:
- 3+ years pre-sales experience in the EPM space
- Subject matter expertise in at least one of the following domains: Finance, HR/Workforce Planning, Sales Performance Management, Revenue Operations, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Chain
- Value Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with stellar presentation and organization skills
- Fantastic cross-functional working abilities. You will need to work with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product Teams, as well as senior leaders and executives.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- BS/BA degree educated (preferred)
- Professional proficiency in English is essential.
