Job Opportunity: Neo4j Lead – Data & AI
Location: Remote
Reports To: Data & AI Delivery Lead / Enterprise Data Architecture Lead

Role Overview
Looking for a Neo4j Lead to drive our enterprise graph database and knowledge graph strategy across Data & AI. You will architect and deliver GraphRAG, Knowledge Graph, and Agentic AI solutions to enhance operational intelligence and asset lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Graph Strategy & Governance: Define enterprise graph standards, architecture, sizing, performance tuning, and lifecycle practices.
- Knowledge Graphs & AI: Build enterprise knowledge graphs, ontologies, and schemas; implement GraphRAG and Agentic AI models integrated with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Gemini).
- Solution Delivery: Lead end-to-end Neo4j implementations, build graph APIs and pipelines, and collaborate with AI/Data teams.
- Leadership & Stakeholders: Translate business needs into graph solutions, present to leadership, and mentor internal data teams.

Key Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in Data Engineering/Architecture; 4+ years of hands-on Neo4j experience.
- Technical Mastery: Neo4j Enterprise, Cypher, Graph Data Modeling, APOC, and Neo4j GDS.
- AI & Integration: Experience with GraphRAG, Semantic Search, Vector DBs, Python, Spark, and SQL.
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP, with integration experience across Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure Data Platform.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in Energy, Engineering & Construction, Capital Projects, or Digital Twins.
- Neo4j, Cloud AI, or Databricks certifications.
