Are you a QIS Qualified NICU Nurse looking for regular work, great rates, and the opportunity to make a real difference?
👶 What We're Looking For
- Valid NMC Registration
- QIS (Qualified in Specialty) Training
- Previous NICU experience
- Strong neonatal assessment and clinical care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, family-centred approach to care
💼 The Role
- Caring for premature and critically ill newborns
- Monitoring, assessing and responding to changing patient needs
- Administering and managing medications safely
- Maintaining accurate patient records and care plans
- Supporting families through challenging and emotional situations
- Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team
