Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) is thrilled to announce the introduction of providing nursing care within our Transitional Care Service, spanning both the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Hospital campuses. We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Band 5 Neonatal Transitional Care Nurses to join us on this exciting journey, shaping the future of care for babies and their families.
Working within the maternity and neonatal services at Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH)

Our Evolving Neonatal Transitional Care Unit
Is at the forefront of providing family-centred care, supporting the family to be the primary caregivers, keeping families together, bridging the gap between intensive neonatal support and home.
This project offers an incredible opportunity to:
