Role Description
The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets and customer service satisfaction within an assigned territory of Greater London and South East in the UK, through the effective selling and promotion of Neoss products, solutions, activities, and services to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organisational policies and directives.
The position is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Drive profitable sales growth and maximise sales revenue within the assigned territory by developing, maintaining, and advancing existing accounts and prospects through the sale and promotion of Neoss products and solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and provide a great customer experience by acting as a strategic business partner to existing customers within the assigned territory by focusing on customers’ growth goals and how Neoss can help them achieve these goals.
- Generate potential leads and achieve new business targets by proactively identifying, targeting, and converting prospect accounts in the defined territory.
- Prepare and maintain territory business plans, sales forecasts, and a sales promotion activity. Assess and adjust the forecast when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with other members of sales team and also the back-office team, for example, but not limited to a close collaboration with the Marketing department to support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
- Attend and represent Neoss at customer events as required, including but not limited to regional events and national trade shows.
- Effectively and efficiently leverage education events to develop existing customers, build brand loyalty and gain new customers.
- Keep up-to-date product knowledge, including data from clinical studies and scientific papers, and also commercial advantages supporting Neoss’ product benefits.
- Track and report sales and customer data in an organized manner, by regular use of all sales tools, such as HubSpot (CRM) and BI dashboards, to effectively plan and document/measure sales activities against territory’s current customer base and prospective customers. Run and analyse reports to adjust performance towards customer needs and opportunities.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of sales experience. Knowledge of the dental industry/ implant dentistry is required.
- Full driving license and the ability to travel (domestic) in order to do business.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong oral and written communications, including presentation skills.
- Able to deliver highly complex information in a clear, structured, and compelling manner.
- Capable of working in a collaborative manner with other team members as well as independently.
- Maintains integrity, high ethics, and professional codes of conduct at all times.
