Commercial Proposals Coordinator
Permanent | Full-Time | Bracknell GQ
Help turn opportunities into winning proposals working alongside our Commercial Proposals Manager and wider Commercial team. You'll help coordinate the bids, tenders, renewals, RFPs and proposals behind some of the world's most exciting sport, entertainment and live events.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, commercially curious and enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving workload. You might already have experience within bids, proposals, sales or commercial coordination – or be looking to develop your career in this direction.
The Role
You'll help keep commercial opportunities moving from the moment they arrive through to final submission.
That means coordinating deadlines and stakeholder inputs, preparing quotes and proposal materials, maintaining accurate information in Salesforce and making sure our submissions are polished, professional and delivered on time.
You'll work with colleagues across Commercial, Engineering, Technical, Operations and the wider NEP business, giving you fantastic exposure to how major broadcast opportunities come together.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate bids and proposals – support RFPs, RFIs, tenders and renewals from receipt through to submission, keeping deadlines, actions, documentation and contributors on track.
- Create high-quality commercial materials – help produce quotes and proposals, coordinate supporting content and take ownership of formatting, proofing, version control and final submission checks.
- Keep our pipeline organised – maintain accurate opportunities and next actions in Salesforce, ensuring the Commercial team has reliable information and clear visibility of activity.
- Connect the right people – identify requirements and coordinate input from Commercial, Engineering, Technical, Operations and other specialists across NEP to keep responses moving at pace.
What We're Looking For

Experience supporting bids, tenders, RFPs, commercial proposals, quotes or sales administration would be valuable. Familiarity with a CRM such as Salesforce would also be an advantage.
Broadcast experience isn't essential. Experience within media, live events, technology, engineering or another complex service environment could be helpful, but we're equally interested in people who are keen to learn our industry and develop their commercial career.

You'll be joining a developing Commercial function where you'll have the opportunity to build your knowledge, take on increasing responsibility and play a visible part in improving how we identify, develop and convert future opportunities.
If you're organised, proactive and commercially minded, and like the idea of helping bring major opportunities together behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
