Corporate and Internal Communications Lead UK & Ireland
Business Area: Nespresso
Location: Gatwick (Hybrid working 2-3 times in the office)
Permanent
Salary up to £62,000-£68,000 depending on experience

Nespresso UK&I operates across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, delivering barista-level coffee experiences of the highest quality to both at-home and professional customers. We take pride in championing inclusion and diversity.
Your Impact
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will protect and enhance Nespresso’s external reputation across the UK & ROI, leading corporate communications through strong media, stakeholder, and third-party partnerships. You will shape a consistent narrative in collaboration with global teams, Nestlé communications teams, and agency partners, while proactively mitigating reputational risk and supporting the senior executive team.
- Implement the global Corporate Communications strategy for the UK & ROI.
- Monitor external dialogue and earned media, escalating reputational issues with key internal stakeholders.
- Lead issue and crisis communications, building alignment across leadership teams, third parties, and media.
- Own corporate media relations and create clear internal and external communications, including Q&As, leadership messaging, and customer-facing narratives.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to deliver internal communications that build colleague pride and engagement.
- Own the full end-to-end internal communications plan, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the business.
- Manage designated PR agencies, including performance reviews, and control/report the Corporate Communications budget.

Your ingredients for success
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong mix of internal and external communications experience, with the ability to operate confidently across corporate communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and reputational risk.
Essential skills and experience
- Corporate communications experience, either in-house or agency side, with strong media relations experience.
- Proven knowledge of the UK&I media landscape, including issue and crisis management.
- Experience creating clear internal and external communications, including leadership messaging, Q&As, and customer-facing narratives.
- Strong agency management, stakeholder management, and networking skills, with the confidence to escalate emerging issues quickly and professionally.
- Experience managing brand communication principles, social media guidelines, premium brand tone of voice, and relevant media monitoring or IT tools.
- Comfortable operating in a complex and evolving environment, quickly adapting to change and new requirements.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to react quickly and resolve issues.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions, seniority levels, and external partners.
