Salary: Base of up to £40,000 annually depending on experience plus commission of up to 40% OTE plus additional payments for overachievement

About the Role
We’re excited to be expanding our Out-Of-Home team, we are looking for a number of New Business Development Managers to join the team, a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their Field Sales career journey. This is a permanent position, reporting into the OOH Sales Manager.
Driven by innovation, quality, and a passion for great coffee, Nespresso Professional has ambitious plans to grow its presence across the Out-Of-Home (OOH) sector across the UK & I sector. To support this mission, we’re looking for a resilient and motivated new team member to join our B2B HORECA team to really elevate our new business strategy.

Your Impact
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to drive new business sales growth and enhance the visibility of the Nespresso Professional brand within the OOH channel.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Tenacious Acquisition: Pursue and secure new HORECA and hospitality clients within targeted groups, driving our growth strategy forward.
- Maximise Brand Visibility: Ensure our brand shines brightly in the HORECA channel through strategic customer acquisition, impactful contracts, and optimal machine placements.
- Cultivate Relationships: Forge and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers to cross sell, upsell, and boost overall sales and loyalty.
- Build Your Pipeline: Actively create a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, events, and industry-specific fairs.
Your Ingredients for Success
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring previous B2B customer-facing experience and have a strong understanding of how to build relationships and influence stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a genuine entrepreneurial nature and someone who approaches challenges with a can-do attitude, never backing down from a goal.
Other key attributes will include:
- Have a deep understanding of the out-of-home market, specifically the leisure and hospitality landscape.
- Bring previous experience from a results-oriented environment where hitting targets is second nature.
- Showcase extensive skills in new business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Develop and maintain strong business partnerships that foster growth and collaboration within a new and existing account base.
- Demonstrate a steadfast dedication to customer support and satisfaction through exceptional account management.
- A full driving license is required for this role.
- Thrive in an autonomous environment, taking initiative to drive your success.
- Possess strong consultative and solution-selling skills to meet customer needs effectively.
