Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site .NET C# Developer role based in Oxford. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that power recruitment websites and job board solutions, using C#,.NET, and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role also involves:
- Participating in code reviews
- Contributing to technical documentation
- Supporting continuous improvements to the platform and development processes
Qualifications
- Strong skills in C#,.NET (e.g.,.NET Core/.NET Framework), and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with web development technologies such as ASP.NET MVC/Web API, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including designing and optimizing queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, and code review.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience with recruitment, job board, or SaaS platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
