About The Role
We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our client's Azure Integration team based near Chester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer eager to work on enterprise-scale projects within a modern, cloud-first environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Azure-based integration services utilizing C# and .NET technologies. Working in a collaborative Agile environment, you will contribute to high-quality, scalable solutions that support the company’s digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will have the chance to mentor junior developers, participate in technical decision-making, and help shape engineering best practices across the team.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in software development with a focus on.NET technologies. Proficiency in C# and.NET Core is essential, along with experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services. Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, SQL databases, and related tools is required. Desirable skills include experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Terraform, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, and microservices architecture. The role suits a mid-level developer looking to advance into a more senior position, with a strong desire to work on innovative cloud-native solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Azure-based integration services using C# and.NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support to foster team growth.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
