About The Role
Avanti is currently seeking a Mid-Level.NET Developer to join its talented development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a developer passionate about working across a broad Microsoft technology stack, including both modern and legacy systems. The successful candidate will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, contributing to the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical business applications used by clients across various international markets.
The role emphasizes hands-on development, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in .NET development, with a proven track record in commercial environments. Essential qualifications include experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required, along with experience using Git and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD processes. Candidates with knowledge of Entity Framework and T-SQL will be highly regarded. Desirable skills include experience with MongoDB, JQuery, AJAX, PowerShell, SSRS, IIS, Windows Services, Bootstrap, and Postman. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications utilizing C# and .NET technologies to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Design, implement, and optimize APIs and backend services to facilitate seamless integration across platforms.
- Create and refine SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support application data requirements.
- Participate actively in testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes to uphold software standards.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and providing support for live systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and platforms through innovative ideas and technical enhancements.
