About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer to join Noir’s dynamic development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Greenfield software applications that support the company's mission to enhance local commerce. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, including.NET 10.0, ASP.NET Core, C# 14, and Azure, contributing to the creation of scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development principles, experience with full-stack development, and a passion for building impactful applications that serve a broad user base. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with talented professionals, and grow your technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer, with a strong understanding of .NET,.NET Core, and C# programming language.
  • Experience working with Azure cloud services and SQL databases, particularly Azure SQL.
  • Solid knowledge of web development frameworks such as ASP.NET Core Web API, Angular, Vue.js, and TypeScript is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multithreading, RESTful API design, and software architecture principles.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core) and MongoDB is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using.NET, C#, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end frameworks such as Angular and Vue.js.
  • Work with Azure cloud services to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications in cloud environments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and deployment procedures.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
