#.NET Developer - .NET / C# / REACT / ANGULAR

.NET / C# / REACT / ANGULAR - is required by fast growing and highly successful IT Services Provider.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a core member of a growing development team working within the Internet of Things (IoT) technology space. You will work alongside team members specialising in back-end systems while taking ownership of your own development tasks. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Training and domain knowledge will be provided, together with technical guidance from the Software Development Lead. Personal and technical development is actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with coworkers to conceptualise, develop, and release software.
  • Design, develop and maintain modern, responsive web application interfaces.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of application back ends and RESTful APIs.
  • Design, develop and maintain relational database schemas.
  • Implement secure communication between application clients and servers.
  • Work with end-users, developers and engineers to identify and define application requirements.
  • Test software and contribute to the development of automated tests.
  • Investigate software defects and develop effective solutions.
  • Report development progress, risks and technical issues.
  • Conduct quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelines.
  • Create and maintain product and technical documentation

Required Skills and Experience

  • Full-stack development experience, including user interface design, secure client-server communication and database access.
  • .NET development
  • Proven experience developing modern, responsive web application front ends using a mainstream web framework.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
  • Ability to understand, develop and maintain RESTful web APIs, including their security requirements.
  • Experience designing and managing relational database schemas.
  • Familiarity with Git source control and collaborative software development workflows.
  • A strong aptitude for learning new technologies and working outside your existing areas of experience.
  • Good independent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and take ownership of assigned work.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
