About The Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated .NET Developer to join our expanding technology team based in Norwich. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical business applications that serve a wide customer base across the UK. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions that improve operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and support business growth. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders from various departments, participating in the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design to deployment and ongoing support. This position is ideal for a proactive developer who enjoys solving complex problems, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a tangible impact on the company's technological landscape.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a .NET Developer with a solid background in software development. Essential qualifications include strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, and SQL Server. Experience in developing and consuming APIs is highly desirable, along with a good understanding of software architecture and development best practices. Familiarity with source control tools such as Git is required to ensure efficient version management. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A background in digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining robust applications using C# and the.NET framework
- Building and enhancing APIs and system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across platforms
- Managing SQL Server databases efficiently
- Troubleshooting and debugging existing applications
- Optimizing system performance
- Collaboration with business users to deliver innovative and scalable solutions
- Participating in code reviews to uphold high development standards
- Supporting digital transformation efforts
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
