About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive.NET Developer to join our dynamic team at Tech 4. This role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting customer-facing, operational, and internal systems built on Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C# and.NET frameworks, with a proven track record of working on APIs and integrations. As a key member of our development team, you will contribute to building robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions that add value to our business and clients.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse technology landscape, including legacy systems and modern applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including IT colleagues, business units, and third-party suppliers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The role requires a pragmatic approach, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement in development practices and system resilience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing applications using C# and .NET frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration techniques.
- Experience working with SQL databases and data management.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and documentation best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, test, and support .NET-based applications, APIs, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Build and maintain system integrations between internal platforms and external service providers.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of existing applications by troubleshooting defects, resolving performance issues, and managing production incidents.
- Contribute to technical design decisions, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with engineering standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices for version control, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
