This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT team in Kingswinford and play a key role in developing and enhancing business-critical applications that support our global operations. You'll work alongside talented colleagues across multiple countries, gaining exposure to enterprise-level projects while building your career within a successful and growing international organisation.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Software Developer, you'll be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, helping to design, develop, maintain and improve a range of in-house applications and web-based solutions.
This role offers the chance to work with modern Microsoft technologies, contribute to strategic projects, and influence the future direction of application development within the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing and deployment
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications
- Write clean, well-documented and thoroughly tested code
- Enhance and support existing software solutions
- Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions
- Contribute to development best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Technology Environment
You'll have the opportunity to work with:
- C# and the .NET ecosystem
- ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core
- HTML5, JavaScript and Vue.js
- SQL Server, T-SQL and Stored Procedures
- Clean Architecture and modern design patterns
- Unit testing frameworks

- ERP integrations, including Dynamics 365 and similar platforms
- Agile/Scrum delivery environments
About You
We're looking for a passionate developer who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with colleagues and delivering quality software.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' experience in web and back-end software development
- Strong experience with.NET, C# and ASP.NET
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML and modern web development practices
- SQL Server development experience including T-SQL and stored procedures
- Experience writing and maintaining unit tests
- Knowledge of application architecture and software development best practices
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A proactive and self-motivated approach

Desirable
- Experience with Vue.js
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure
- ERP integration experience, particularly Dynamics 365
- DevOps experience
- Agile/Scrum working experience
