The Role
A growing technology business in Lincolnshire is looking for an accomplished Senior Umbraco Full Stack.NET Developer to take a lead hands-on role designing, developing and delivering modern web applications, customer-facing digital platforms and CMS-driven solutions. You'll work across both new builds and existing client solutions — developing new functionality, integrating third-party systems and APIs, and modernising established applications. As a senior member of the team, you'll also contribute to technical decisions, development standards and solution design, and support less experienced developers where needed.
About the Client
Our client is an established and expanding technology company specialising in digital transformation, bespoke software development, enterprise applications and the ongoing support and modernisation of business-critical systems. They work closely with their clients to understand real business challenges and deliver robust, scalable solutions — and this role has come about through continued growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
