NetSuite Account Manager – Enterprise Financial Services
Chapman Tate Associates is proud to be partnering with a leading NetSuite Partner specialising in the Enterprise Financial Services sector. Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced NetSuite Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of enterprise customers while playing a key role in driving long-term client success.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager who enjoys building trusted relationships, delivering strategic value, and helping customers maximise their investment in NetSuite solutions.
You'll have full ownership of a diverse portfolio of enterprise Financial Services customers, acting as the primary commercial contact throughout the customer lifecycle. Working alongside highly experienced consultants and delivery teams, you'll identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, strengthen client relationships, and ensure customers continue to realise value from their NetSuite investment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of enterprise Financial Services customers.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
- Lead account planning, commercial reviews, and renewal discussions.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and consulting teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
- Understand customer business objectives and align NetSuite solutions to their strategic goals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity.
- Stay up to date with NetSuite product developments and industry trends.
You'll be a commercially focused Account Manager with experience managing ERP or SaaS customer relationships and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience managing NetSuite accounts or other ERP platforms.
- A proven background in Account Management, Customer Success, or ERP sales.
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers, ideally within Financial Services.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- A proactive, customer-first approach with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
