The Role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the organisation’s NetSuite platform, ensuring it is well-managed, optimised and aligned with the needs of the wider business.

You will be the go-to person for NetSuite, managing day-to-day administration while also driving improvements across workflows, reporting, integrations, user experience and system performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having ownership of a platform and wants to play a key role in the ongoing development of a growing NetSuite environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration, configuration and optimisation of NetSuite.
  • Manage roles, permissions, users, workflows, dashboards, saved searches and reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related queries and escalations.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations and other business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and user experience.
  • Support and manage NetSuite integrations with third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work with external partners where required.
  • Maintain strong system governance, security and data integrity.
  • Manage system changes, releases, testing and documentation.
  • Support NetSuite upgrades and new functionality.
  • Provide training and guidance to users across the business.
  • Assist with projects involving new modules, integrations, acquisitions or wider business transformation.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure NetSuite remains scalable as the organisation grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
