We are currently supporting a growing organisation that is looking for a hands-on NetSuite Systems Support Consultant to join the business on an initial 3-month contract.
This is a broad, business-facing role combining day-to-day NetSuite support with reporting, process improvement, automation, and ongoing system optimisation. You will work closely with Finance and wider business stakeholders to resolve issues, improve the user experience, and identify opportunities to make better use of the platform.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day NetSuite support and resolving business queries and system issues through a structured ticketing process.
- Investigating recurring transaction and data issues across AP, AR, Purchase Orders, vendor bills, journals, payments, Fixed Assets, and intercompany processes.
- Building and validating saved searches, reports, and analytics, particularly those supporting Finance and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Troubleshooting reporting discrepancies, including foreign currency and exchange rate-related reporting issues.
- Building and improving role-specific dashboards for users across Finance and the wider business, including PO raisers and approvers.
- Supporting an initial review of the current NetSuite environment and helping identify key gaps, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identifying manual Finance processes that could be automated using NetSuite workflows, scripts, saved searches, and other native functionality.
- Reviewing existing processes, configurations, and customisations to identify opportunities to simplify and improve the overall system landscape.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate these into practical NetSuite solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
