My client is a growing, nationwide business looking for a NetSuite Admin to take ownership of their NetSuite platform and wider business applications.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with NetSuite, working closely with stakeholders and finding ways to improve systems and processes.
The role
You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and other connected business applications, while playing a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of the NetSuite platform.
You’ll work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external technology partners to troubleshoot issues, deliver improvements and help shape the future technology roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications
- Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches
- Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes
- Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows
- Work with third-party applications and integration partners
- Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing
- Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency
- Maintain strong data quality and system governance
- Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs
- Produce and maintain technical and support documentation
- Provide user guidance and training where required
- Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture
- Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions

What we're looking for

- Strong hands-on NetSuite experience
- Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications
- Experience with workflows, roles, permissions, forms and saved searches
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projects
- Commercial mindset with an eye for process improvement and automation
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
