I'm working with a well-established and growing business in Hampshire that is looking to appoint its first dedicated NetSuite Administrator.
With a turnover of approximately £50 million and a team of around 250 employees, the business is currently moving away from their existing Nav 09 platform and implementing NetSuite looking for someone who can help support the implementation, and develop, optimise the system once live as it becomes central to the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join at the beginning of the NetSuite journey and play a key role in its long-term success.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar NetSuite-focused position.
- Exposure to NetSuite implementations would be highly desirable.
- Understanding of NetSuite integrations or third-party integration tools would be advantageous.
- Confident liaising with users across the business and translating business requirements into system improvements.
- Comfortable working within a small IT team and willing to support broader IT responsibilities where needed.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
